2. If there are age restrictions, what happens if somebody under this age inherits the property? You need to consider this fact because it will probably come up sometime in the future after you have passed on. It is important that you plan for this.

3. Is it more important for you to have the best home or be in close proximity to things such as your family, entertainment venues, etc? Remember, there are many active adult communities to choose from; with each one being in a different part of the country.

4. What activities are offered at an active adult community? Better yet, what activities that you like are offered at a community? This includes things such as golf, tennis, basketball, etc.
