Spring Hill offers very spacious homes, though they may not look like anything all that special from the outside. The homes range from just under 1700 square feet to just over 1700 square feet. The Somerset is one model that is more formal and features things like a foyer entrance, a bar style kitchen for entertainment, and a deck off the family room. The Winthrop is another model and features a closed off kitchen, a den, a sunroom, and a deck off the sunroom. The Winthrop also offers a soaking tub in the master bedroom! Both of the models offer two car garages and garage door openers. The prices range from $520, 900 to $555,900 with the Winthrop being the more costly of the two.
