Seasons at Seven Hills

Cedarcrest Road and Highway 41 in Acworth, Georgia will be the site of the third Levitt and Sons active adult community. Once completed, Seasons at Seven Hills will be an active adult community of 724 homes, and a 514 home family community. Levitt and Sons LLC have purchased 855 acres and are planning the new community.

The new community has plans for single-family homes with prices ranging from the low $200s to the high $400s/. These homes will measure from 2,100 to 3,400 square feet. This is a wonderful area with good schools and great recreation and plenty of retail options.

The area will have boat docks and a beautiful clubhouse to use as an entertainment center. It will also include an indoor pool, performing arts center, billiards room, media room, gourmet teaching kitchen, and a full fitness center. An onsite director will be available to coordinate the many clubs that spring up in most adult communities.

The developers have two other active adult communities, this will be the first family centered community. It will be separate from Seasons at Seven Hills and will be called Waterstone at Seven Hills.

Lewis and Sons already has two other active adult communities in Canton, Georgia and in Gainesville, Georgia. These have proven to be extremely popular with luxury homes built on fantastic lots. These active adult communities feature recreational and social activities that typify today's over 55-boomer generation.
