Jenamar Community's Hawks Prairie
Jenamar Communities is planning to build a total of one thousand homes at Hawks Prairie, which is an adult community. Jenemar plans to develop more than five hundred houses located at Edgewater.
Because of the new buzz focused on active adult communities, Jenamar is projecting about a fifty percent sales growth in the next compared to this year. The pace of sales already is showing the fact that sales are hot right now for this type of housing in Lacey.
Planners have approved about twenty one housing subdivisions, and establishing tentative approval to the establishment of more than two thousand residential homes all throughout the city. Sales have already doubled since 2004, so the growth is amazing.
Through the month of November, the city issued more than seven hundred building permits for housing construction. It is said that the city issued less than three hundred permits last year and the number typically hovers around two hundred.
Lacey is attracting residential developers because it has such a vast amount of undeveloped land. People are known to be looking to move into the city because of less expensive housing than they would find in King County or even Pierce County.
Jubilee is benefiting from residents who want to avoid going to popular retirement communities, like those located in Arizona, because they would like to stay as close to families living in the Northwest as possible.
Another reason demand is so high in Jubilee is due to the fact that the active adult communities are very limited throughout the state. The development of such communities is still new, therefore very popular. Jenamar is determined to develop and build houses in a way that consumers will not have to wait for their house to be built. This makes investing in an adult community even more powerful.
