Overview Cane Bay by Del Webb is located in Summerville; SC. Del Webb plans to build 1000 homes for Cane Bay community. The architecture, the landscape, the amenities, every thing comes together to create a unique living experience for retired people above 55 years. Cane Bay is a place where people can interact with each other and share their personal emotions and experience building up a strong bonding between them. The members and owners are in fact, friends.
